Some Important Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before making your deposit
- 25% advance of total amount at the time of booking; Next 40% of the total amount should be paid before 40 days of the journey, Balance amount should be paid before 15 days of journey and after fulfillment of payment the passenger is accept for avail the package.
- Travelsoft and/ or their representatives act only for the hotels, transportations companies and other contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services while exercising the finest possible care.
- Travelsoft and/ or their agents shall not be liable or responsible for irregularity, loss, injury, damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, trekking or other services resulting directly or indirectly for act of God, acts of Government breakdown of machinery or equipment, fire, water, civil disturbances, strike, theft, natural calamity or cancellation of changes in schedules beyond our (Travelsoft) control, nor will Travelsoft and their associates accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in plans caused by the aforementioned reasons.
- On road journey by Coach (Bus) or Sumo/Tempo Traveller/Innova/Indica as per situation/suitable by the company.
- Any additional charges (including rail & air fare) which is not include in the tour itinerary, should be paid at the time of booking.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the company cancels the tour, the entire advance/deposit money will be refunded without any compensation.
- If the tour cancelled due to the natural calamity, in such case passenger has to pay 20% of the tour price as incidental expenses.
- Entry fee, guide charges, porter charges to be paid by the tourist.
- Company is not responsible for any mechanical disturbance of the vehicle during journey; tourist has to adjust with the situation.
- Tourist/Border is responsible to pay for any damage of the hotel room on the spot during stay.
- Consumption of alcohol/wine is strictly prohibited during the journey.
- Any tourist may be expelled from the package for his misbehavior with the company personal/staff/co-tourist. No amount will refund in that case.
- Rate can be change any time without any prior notice, confirm rate at the time of booking/contact.
- Any cancellation over the telephone is not accepted, Cancellation will be accepted on producing the original money receipt only and cancellation charges calculated from that date as follows.
CANCELLATION RULES
- Minimum cancellation chargers. 1000/- after ensuring the booking.
- 30 days before journey 30% of the total amount per head to be deducted.
- 10 days before journey 60% of the total amount per head to be deducted.
- NO REFUND IS ALLOWED if cancellation made within seventy two hours before official departure time or in between the tour.
